These are New  factory original, stainless-steel magazines, in factory new condition, and each magazine holds 14 rounds of .40s&w ammunition.  These magazines are made by Smith & Wesson, and they are LE marked magazines.

These magazines can not be shipped to individuals in California, Mass, NY, or NJ, unless you are law enforcement personel, or a FFL dealer, or if you are the holder of a valid high capacity, state issued, magazine license.
