Ansonia Royal Bonn La Charny porcelain antique clock

Royal Bonn Ansonia "La Charny" antique Porcelain clock, made about the turn of the century..... 1900. It stands about 12" tall and about 11" wide. The dominate color of this clock is Dark Green at the top evolving downward into an aqua green near the bottom of the clock , with generous additions of gold accents, and decorated with georgous red roses and new art tints. The unique feature of this clock are the overlooking gargoyles. This is an Eight day clock, with the half-hour gong strike. The original movement is marked "Ansonia Clock Co., patented June 4, 1881. It has a very nice 5" porcelain dial with a beveled glass, Arabic Numerals, French sash, with the much sought after visible escapement dial, with steel pallets. There are no cracks, chips, or repairs to this porcelain clock case. There is very slight crazing on the backside of this Ansonia clock. This is an original unrestored antique clock in both working condition, and it does keep accurate time.
